What is This Blog About?
I started this blog as a way to inform people about conservationist gardening. We currently live in a world where people much richer, greedier, and far less deserving run our earth into the ground at the expense of us and the other creatures we share it with. AI is rampant, causing loss of water, deforestation, and excessive heat thrown into our atmosphere. Corporations destroy ecosystems and fill landfills for their own gain. Times are hard, and sometimes things look bleak.
We may think one person on their own can’t make an impact. We may think we can only improve the ecosystem of our own little spaces. But what if hundreds of us are informed and do the same? What about thousands? Millions? We could build up our communities and each other!
It should not be our job to fix the mess thrust onto us by greedy billionaires with no care for the world, but we can at least start somewhere and do something.
Who knows? This could be the jumping off point someone needs to start something big. This blog could be something that inspires someone to change the world for the better. Maybe it inspires multiple people. Maybe I can do my part and make a difference by informing and teaching people how to make small changes one step at a time.
This blog was created with the intention of evolving overtime. While the initial purpose of this blog is to focus on gardening greener and helping to improve our local ecosystems, I would eventually like to expand. If and when the time comes, and if the blog reaches a large enough audience, I would like to expand to information about global conservationism, more advanced ways to protect our earth, and the creatures in need of our help.
